# Capacity Capacity is the working time your people have available, before and after paid time off (PTO). Values are distributed equally across Monday to Friday workdays, endpoints inclusive. Gross capacity is total working-hour capacity, including paid time off (PTO). Daily gross capacity divides an active entry's weekly capacity by the account's typical workdays per week, not by the entry's own workdays. Inactive entries contribute zero. Delivery capacity is the working time available for delivery, excluding amortized PTO. The daily delivery-hours target divides the weekly delivery-hours target by the account's typical workdays per week. Delivery capacity reduces that target for the PTO proportion. PTO is spread over time, with the entry's own workdays used in the PTO proportion. Planned hours are the hours planned for delivery work. See [utilization]().
