# Delivery margin Delivery margin is measured against AGI, never billings. Each report states its own definition, and no single formula is settled. See [AGI](). The Average Billable Rate report shows a direct delivery margin built per time entry: AGI less the sum of hours × that person's cost per delivery hour on the day, divided by AGI. That is one report's definition, not the settled production definition.
