# Pending and included rows A row with Included set to false is excluded from reporting. The field exists for what-if modelling, so such rows are common. Capacity planning counts confirmed projects by default; Pending ones are counted only when Include pending rows is on. A blank status counts as Active (confirmed), so a Pending-only status filter excludes it. See [capacity]().
