Concepts

Average billable rate: Average billable rate relates AGI to hours.
AGI: Agency gross income is billings less pass-through, and it is the denominator for every margin.
Capacity: Capacity is the working time your people have available, before and after paid time off.
Delivery margin: Delivery margin is a margin measured against AGI.
Pending and included rows: How project status and the Included field decide which rows reach a report.
Scenarios: Scenarios let you compare your stored baseline with named what-if variations.
Utilization: Utilization is delivery hours divided by gross capacity for the same people and period.
